All appointments require a credit card to reserve your appointment. Any new guest will be charged a $50 deposit that will be applied to your appointment. Large appointments, 2.5 hours or longer & Brazilian Blowout reservations will be charged a $100 deposit.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice. Appointments which are cancelled within 48 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your service. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the full service amount.
COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY
Specifically related to Covid-19 circumstances. These reservations are individually blocked for each guest. Should you need to cancel within 24 hours or same day due to Covid-19, you will be charged 50% of your services at the time of cancellation. This cancellation fee will be applied towards your rebooked reservation within 30 days & if not utilized within 30 days, your cancellation fee will be forfeited.
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit & we're happy to correct the issue at no additional charge*. Adjustment appointments after 7 days may be subject to a partial or full charge, at the discretion of your stylist.

We want you to love the products you purchase from us! We do not offer refunds on products, however we will gladly exchange for another product of equal value.
All services can be paid via cash, check, or major credit card.
Gratuities are to be paid directly to your stylist via cash, personal check, or Venmo.
Q) Why are you changing the way you have been scheduling & Pricing?
A) Hair is not a one size fits all. We love being able to customize each guest's hair to their lifestyle, goals & personality. One on one attention is what it takes to be able to give you your desired look. No rushing, no shortcuts no wondering what your cost will be. Simply schedule the time it takes. Your stylist will be able to determine your timing & help you to schedule your appointment properly.
Q) How will i know the amount of time needed to schedule my appointment?
A) Your consultation with your requested stylist will determine the time that is needed to be able to achieve your hair goal.
Q) What will determine the amount of time needed to schedule my appointment?
A) Your stylist will ask to see a current picture of your hair, an inspo picture of what you would like your hair to look like, ask about your hair history, & what processes have most recently been performed on your hair. Your stylist will then be able to tell you the amount of time they will need to achieve your desired look. Sometimes your hair goal will require multiple sessions & they will let you know how to book them.
Q) What if the stylist I requested is out of my budget?
A) Each stylist has their own unique techniques that they use to achieve different results & looks. Some have more experience than others, but this does not mean they do not have the education to achieve these looks. Those that have a little more experience just might be a little faster in their time & have been behind the chair a little longer. All of our stylist have amazing education that SNS requires & values to be a stylist at our salon.
Q) I am returning guest, how do i know what my timing would be for the same services i have been receiving?
A) Your stylist will be able to tell you how much time they will need for your next appointment. if you are getting the same repeating services, your timing will stay consistent. If you decide with your stylist that you will be adding highlights or a treatment to your services, that will require additional time & should be scheduled accordingly. Your stylist will communicate this with you & our front desk. We will love to discuss your hair goals & plans for your future appointments.
