All appointments require a credit card to reserve your appointment. Any new guest will be charged a $50 deposit that will be applied to your appointment. For Brazilian Blowout appointments a $75 deposit will be charged and applied to That appointment.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice. Appointments which are cancelled within 48 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your service. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the full service amount.
COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY
Specifically related to Covid-19 circumstances. We are currently operating at 50% capacity & reservations are very limited. These spots are individually blocked for each guest. Should you need to cancel within 24 hours due to Covid-19, you will be charged 50% of your services at the time of cancellation.
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit & we're happy to correct the issue at no additional charge*. Adjustment appointments after 7 days may be subject to a partial or full charge, at the discretion of your stylist.
