All appointments require a credit card to reserve your appointment. For appointments 3 hours or longer, a $75 deposit will be charged and applied to your appointment.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 48 hour notice. We understand there are extenuating circumstances, this will be taken into consideration. Appointments which are cancelled, rescheduled, or missed may be subject to service fee totaling up to 100% of your scheduled service.
It is our policy to ensure that every guest has a positive experience. If there was a miscommunication of services given by SNS, we prefer the opportunity to satisfy your expectations. Please contact us within 1 week of your original appointment so we may assess the situation.
We want you to love the products you purchase from us! We do not offer refunds on products, however we will gladly exchange for another product of equal value.
All services can be paid via cash, check, or major credit card.
Gratuities are to be paid directly to your stylist via cash, personal check, or Venmo.
