All appointments made require a credit card number to reserve your appointment. No charges will be made for services under three hours. For appointments three hours or longer a $75 deposit will be applied.
We require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed may be subject to a rebooking fee totaling up to 100% of your scheduled service.
It is our policy that no refunds will be given on services, however we welcome the chance to fix any mistake that's been made. Please contact our front desk receptionist within one week of your original appointment to request a redo at no charge. For requests that are past one week, a partial or full charge may be applicable at the discretion of your stylist.
We want you to love the products you purchase from us! Any retail product that's been used once or twice, or for manufacturer defects, will gladly be exchanged for another product of your choice.
All services can be paid via cash, check, or major credit card.
Gratuities are to be paid directly to your stylist via cash, personal check, or Venmo.
