SNS Guest Policy & Procedure during COVID-19
What you need to know about your appointment...
What you need to bring for your service:
Freshly washed, Clean/Dry Hair.
Water bottle or drink
Reading Material (no magazines will be out)
Completed COVID-19 Questionnaire Form (will be emailed to you)
Curb-side Check-in: Before entering our salon please call and share with our team that you have arrived and are ready for your scheduled appointment. You will be further instructed on how your appointment will proceed.
Safety Precautions: When you enter our salon, we will be taking touchless temperatures. At this time, we will collect your COVID-19 Questionnaire. You will then be directed to wash your hands (our staff is following the same protocol) and put a smock on.
Sanitation Practices: We will be practicing the highest sanitation to ensure everyone’s safety. You will constantly be seeing our team members disinfecting areas, tools, and surfaces before and after every guest.
Services: Given our limited time and capacity, we are asking that you choose what service is most important to you (i.e. one-process color, haircut, partial highlight, smoothing treatment, etc.) You and your Stylist will have a consultation prior to your appointment so that we may service you in the best way possible. We will resume regular services again once our business is able to support those needs.
Quick-Finish Looks: One of our favorite touches is finishing our guest’s hair. For the time being, this will be a power dry service to stay within safety guidelines. We look forward to being back in full swing and provide you with the exceptional styling service we all enjoy.
Less is Best: Unfortunately, at this time no one is able to accompany you inside the salon during your services including children, friends, or family. Travel lightly and limit your items you are bringing with you.
Touchless Contact: Prior to your appointment, please be sure that we have your credit card information on file.
Future Appointments: We value your commitment to pre-booking. We appreciate your patience while we continue to fulfill missed appointments due to COVID-19. Hopefully by the time of your appointment, we will have a better understanding of how we can proceed with our schedules.
